STAR has been supporting IGD Leading edge with a series of seminars called “Using Insights to Win in Sales” and has presented around the country to over 200 delegates from the food and consumer goods industry.
Mark Francis, STAR Learning Director, facilitated the sessions with T.O.T.A.L., an insight based planning process which provides real rigour and process to the evaluation of opportunities with customers.
The feedback from the delegates has highlighted just how effective T.O.T.A.L. can be and truly deliver upon the statement that using insights will help you win in sales.
